The hotel room was a pleasant surprise, although missing a kitchen, it was clean, nice, and comfortable. The service, while exceptional for me and my daughter, had some disappointing incidents like room issues and lack of discounts. The location was quiet and convenient, though a bit hot, allowing for a good night's sleep before my conference. The dining experience, with diverse options, had a hiccup with missed breakfast. Overall, a decent stay with minor hitches.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and comfortable room, even though it lacked a kitchen but had a convenient microwave. The service from check-in to check-out was superb, with friendly and accommodating staff. The hotel's location near the industrial park and expressway was ideal, and the presence of a waterslide added to the fun for the kids. However, the dining experience, though decent, left room for improvement.
